FREIGHT
We provide "Free shipping" for all orders above €150 / $150 ( 4-10 days delivery time)

Orders below €150 / $150 get a shipping cost of  €10 / $10.

DHL Express Worldwide is €20 / $20

TAX & VAT
Customs and VAT are included in the price, there are no additional expenses for the purchase other than shipping on purchases below €150, or $150.

RETURN
Contact us at post@kokonorway.no before you make a return order.  Inform us about the ordernumber and what you want to return, then we send you a return label with tracking. The customer pays the return cost of €15 / $15. We registrate and refund the order after we recieve the return order. Express freight will not be refunded. 

EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange an item then you have to place a new order, then we will send new items within 1-3 working days. You always have to inform us about the return, send us an email with your order number and what you want to return to post@kokonorway.no  We will refund the goods you return as soon as we receive them. The customer pays the return cost of €10 / $10. You make the payment after we registrate the return. We send you return label by email so you can print it out. 
If the items have a promotional price when you bought them, please contact us at post@kokonorway.no Then we will arrange this on your new order.
