RETURN
Contact us at post@kokonorway.no to make a return order. Inform us about the order number and what you want to return, we organize the return with tracking. The return label will be sent by email. Return cost will be €20 / $20 / 150 DK for up to 3 products. If there are larger returns with more than 3 items, the return cost will be higher. It will be €5 / $5 / 40 DK extra per product over 3 products. We refund as soon as we receive the goods.  It will take 1-2 workingday to make a returnlabel. 

EXCHANGE
Free exchange for ordinary product order over €150 / $150 / 1000DK. Free exhange is not if the product is discounted. Place the order before you make the return.  There will be a new invoice for your new order and the return will be refunded when we receive the return. Return cost of new  order / exchange below €150 / $150 / 1000 will be €20 / $20/ 150DK.
